Dr Rosette Rabess is an assistant professor at Charleston at Southern University and an adjunct professor at Geneva College. She teaches project management at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Previously, she spent more than twenty years managing and leading projects and programs in the financial industry. Dr Rabess received her PhD from Capella University in 2017. She is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Her research interests include project management education, sustainability, experiential learning, and curriculum transformation. She is also an avid gardener and photographer and is an Oral History Association (OHA) member. Her prior work experience in Dominica includes an instructor at the Dominica State College (formerly the Clifton Dupigny Technical College) and a reporter at the Dominica Chronicle newspaper. She is a lifelong learner of literature and history.
